Shipping Information & FAQs


How do we ship our orders?

We use fulfilment company Blackbox for our US shipping. Blackbox have an excellent reputation for fast and efficient shipping. Various shipping companies are used, depending on the destination of the order, but all orders are tracked and you will receive an email with shipping information after your order is placed. All UK and International orders are fulfilled by us from our UK warehouse. Orders go to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail on 24hr service, whilst international orders are sent by DPD.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to all major countries around the world. All orders in the UK and US will be send domestically. For all other countries, orders will be fulfilled from the UK. In some cases non UK and US customers may be required to pay an import tax. Unfortunately this is down to the given customs team so we are unable to estimate this cost.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order, the number of products and the destination. Because all US and UK orders are shipped domestically, these costs will generally be lower than other destinations, with shipping costs being relative to how far the items have to travel.

How quickly will orders be processed?

For US customers – Express orders received by noon (local time of shipping warehouse) will be dispatched the same day. Express orders received after noon (local time of shipping warehouse) will be dispatched the following business day. A standard order received by noon (local time of shipping warehouse) will be dispatched by the end of the following business day. Orders received after noon (local time of shipping warehouse) will be dispatched within the two following business days. During times of extreme or unexpected order volume, an extra business day may be added to these. For UK & International customers we will send all orders the next working day.

How long will orders take?

Again, this is dependant on where the item is being shipped too. We aim for international orders to arrive within 10 days and domestic orders to arrive within the week. When checking out you will be able to see an estimated delivery date.

Can I upgrade my shipping to express after my order is made?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed we cannot adjust your shipping method.

Returns Policy

Because we work with an external fulfillment company we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or not as described.

My order never arrived, is incomplete or damaged

If this is the case, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email stating your order number and content and we’ll follow up on any problems.


Do you accept PayPal, Google Wallet, or other payment systems that I like?

No, we only use our own payment system, which works using Stripe. We do however accept all four regular credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

Can I trust you with my credit card details?

Yes, we don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

Are all customs charges and taxes covered?

These are all covered for domestic orders (i.e. UK and US). For international orders there are sometimes additional customs fees that the customer will be charged upon receipt of the item, depending on the specific destination of the goods.
